We’re delighted you’re here! Getting started is simple — fill out the referral form using the link below. This lets us get to know you or your child's therapy needs. Once we receive your referral, our friendly team will reach out to guide you through the next steps and connect you with the right support.
Your journey begins with a meaningful conversation between you (or your parent/carer) and your therapist. Together, we explore your daily routines, celebrate strengths, and understand challenges. This session builds connection, gives space for sensitive discussions if needed, and helps set the foundation for growth.
The first meeting is all about building trust and comfort. You’ll meet your therapist and get to know each other better. This session also helps your therapist decide on the most suitable next steps and assessments.
Depending on your goals and needs, we may complete formal or informal assessments. These help us create a clear picture of where you’re starting from and how we can measure progress together.
Your therapy sessions are one-on-one and usually held weekly or fortnightly. Together, we work towards your goals while making sure strategies can be carried into your daily life. We’ll provide practical recommendations for home, school, work, or community settings to help skills grow beyond the therapy room.
Midway through, we pause to reflect. We’ll review what’s working, adjust goals if needed, and celebrate progress so far.
At the end of the therapy cycle, we provide a written summary outlining your strengths, challenges, achievements, and future recommendations. This helps guide next steps and ensures you continue moving forward with clarity.
