Activities of daily living (ADLs) are the fundamental skills required to care for oneself. We can support with tasks including dressing, toileting, bathing, eating and sleep.

We can develop your skills needed for living in the home and community. This can include housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, money management and transportation.

Socialisation is an integral part of life. We can help children and young adults to develop the skills needed to be able to understand the social world and make friendships.

We can support the development of fine motor skills of your hands and gross motor skills of your body, including coordination and strength.

Children learn through play. 

We can support them with meeting their play milestones and learning to play cooperatively with others.

We can assist children with the skills needed for school, including handwriting and typing, attention and concentration, organisation, planning and time management.

We can provide intervention to support emotional regulation, sensory arousal and problem solving skills to promote a person's emotional well-being.

We are experienced in supporting people to access Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices, such as through direct access, eye gaze or switching. This may include vision assessments.

We can support with monitoring your upper limb function, providing tailored stretching programs and prescribing arm/hand splints so you can continue to use your hands to do your daily activities.

We can assess your environment to ensure it is accessible and safe. We are able to prescribe equipment and minor or major home modifications as needed, so you can be independent within your home. 

 We can complete a comprehensive in-home evaluation to identify a person’s functional performance in all areas, using observation, interview and standardised assessments. This is often used to inform funding, support and housing needs.
