ABOUT US
How Services Occur

Where
Our clinic is located in Torrensville, SA 5031, and we warmly welcome you to attend in person. We can also provide therapy at home, school, or in your local community within a 30-minute radius, to help transfer therapy outcomes into the real-world.

When
We’re available Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm. We can also arrange after-hours or weekend appointments by request. We work with you to find times that suit your schedule, so therapy is flexible, manageable, and integrated into your daily life.

Who
We support individuals across the lifespan. Our therapists have experience helping people with developmental delays, neurodevelopmental differences such as Autism, neurological conditions, and physical disabilities.
OUR APPROACH
Occupational Therapy Services
Across All Ages & Needs
Our holistic and strengths-based Occupational Therapy approach focuses on building practical skills that transfer into real-world environments. Whether you’re supporting a young child’s development, preparing a teenager for independence, or maintaining adult autonomy, our therapy is evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in everyday life.
Paediatrics
Your child is developing in their own unique way, and early intervention provides the foundation for lifelong learning and participation. We focus on helping children build confidence, independence, and meaningful skills across daily routines at home, childcare, and school.
Adolescents
Adolescence is a time of growth and preparation for adult life. Our support helps young people develop practical life skills, confidence, and self-advocacy, equipping them for future study, work and independent living.
Adults
Adulthood brings new goals and transitions, whether it’s maintaining independence, building community connections, or adapting to change. We provide practical and person-centred support that enhances daily living, wellbeing, and participation in meaningful life activities.
Assessments
Our assessments provide a clear picture of strengths, challenges, and support needs in everyday life. Using a strengths-based approach, our Occupational Therapists combine standardised assessment tools with input from families, schools, and other supports to deliver clear, tailored reports for NDIS funding, school planning, or use at home.

Training
We deliver practical and evidence-informed training for schools, support workers, and community organisations. Our sessions cover a wide range of topics, including regulation and sensory needs, handwriting and fine-motor development, manual handling and safe mobility, inclusive classroom and community practices, and adapting environments for accessibility. Each workshop is hands-on, tailored, and designed to build confidence in everyday settings. We work alongside teams to turn therapy principles into real-world skills. Contact us to enquire.
Mentoring
We offer mentoring and supervision for occupational therapists, allied health assistants, and support professionals. Our sessions provide a collaborative space to build clinical confidence, reflect on practice, and develop practical strategies for everyday work. Whether you’re seeking guidance on complex cases, paediatric frameworks, documentation, service delivery, or career development, we tailor supervision to your goals and learning style. We’re committed to helping you grow with clarity, capability, and confidence. Contact us to enquire.
