AHPRA: OCC0002901244

Chiara is an energetic and caring Occupational Therapist who works with young children, teenagers and young adults. She has a special interest in interoception, helping clients tune into their body’s signals to better understand their feelings and needs. She is also passionate about building self-esteem and growth mindset, believing that confidence and a positive sense of self are deeply tied to mental health and wellbeing.

Chiara takes the time to build genuine relationships with clients and their families, making sure everyone feels comfortable and involved. She collaborates with clients to shape their own goals and weaves their interests into sessions to keep therapy enjoyable, purposeful and led by them. She also loves supporting clients to build independence in practical everyday skills like getting dressed, staying organised, and managing daily routines, making a real difference at home, school, and in the community.

She believes every person deserves to feel heard, supported, and confident in who they are. Her favourite moments are hearing clients talk proudly about themselves and seeing families feel more equipped to support their child.
